How to Become a Client

This website is not intended to be an advertisement for legal services. Nothing contained in this website should be considered to be an offer to represent any particular recipient of the information.

A lawyer-client relationship with this law firm may be created only upon, first, consulting by telephone or in person with an attorney of this law firm and, second, execution of a written agreement — called an Engagement Letter — for representation signed by both the law firm and the client.

(The Engagement Letter will describe the scope of the representation and the terms and conditions, including rates and the firm’s billing practices, upon which services will be rendered.)

Privacy Policy

In the course of providing certain legal services to our clients, attorneys at this law firm receive significant personal financial information from our clients and, on occasion, from third parties such as accountants, insurance agents, banking institutions and other advisors. We do not disclose any of this information to anyone except as required by law or as authorized by our clients.

We retain records relating to professional services we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with their professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. We maintain safeguards which comply with our legal and professional obligations to guard our clients’ nonpublic, personal information against unauthorized disclosure.
